So I started working on this game again recently and I played it a bit and realized I had forgotten something my first go-round: I forgot to make the game fun. Theorycrafting new builds and exploring your options and stuff was a grand ol' time, but games are won are lost in build phase and when you're actually playing against your opponent it feels like tic-tac-toe: there are a handful of objectively correct moves and everything else is a waste of time. I think the game has some cool stuff going on but it needs something to be added to it to really make it special. I decided to overhaul the whole thing and make a sequel game, which you can check out on my page. Any pve aspirations I had for this game will now be implemented in Kingdom of Steel 2: Fortune's Favor!
